Eyeglasses Return Policy
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your eyewear purchase. We will take every possible step to ensure your glasses are made with the utmost precision. Please notify us of any issues within 30 days of pickup. We will remake your lenses at no additional cost to accommodate your vision. However, if the remake involves materials or lens treatments that are less expensive than the original, no refund for the cost difference will be issued. Additional charges may apply depending on the requested materials.
