She received her Doctor of Optometry from Pennsylvania College of Optometry. Doctor Mann has acquired clinical experience dealing with comprehensive eye exams, fitting contact lenses and the diagnosis, treatment, and management of eye conditions and diseases. She is an active member of both the California Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association.
